International Shipping

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor storage purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy.

Return Policy Overview

  • Return Period: 15 days from the date of receipt
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories
  • Process: Returns must be authorized by our customer service team

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned:

  • Abris de jardin en toile (Fabric garden shelters)
  • Accessoires pour abris already installed
  • Custom-made or personalized products

Step-by-Step Return Process

  • Return label (if applicable)

  • Repackage the item carefully in its original packaging

Refunds

Once your return is approved:

Exchanges

For exchanges:
